精神科护士主观幸福感调查报告

目的调查三级甲等精神专科医院护士的幸福感受及其影响因素,为提升护士心身健康提供理论依据。方法应用调查性研究设计,采用自编"一般情况调查表"和中文版"总体幸福感量表"调查84名精神科护士。结果精神科护士总体幸福感33项总平均得分为(116.07±12.635)分。前18项男性得分为(89.334±15.423)分,女性为(80.000±11.021)分,得分均高于全国常模,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。84名护士总体幸福感在用工类型、是否上夜班、宗教信仰、婚姻状况、学历及收入分类中,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);在性别、年龄、工作年限、职称、工作科室分类中,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论精神科护士的幸福感受总体处于中高水平,但临床心理科和精神康复科、老年精神科及主管护师、工作年限在6~10年的护士,幸福感水平相对较低。

The Subjective Well - being in Psychiatric Nurses

Objective To investigate the subjective well - being in psychiatric nurses and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 84 nurses were investigated with the self - made general questionnaire and the Chinese version of the General Well - being Schedule （ GWB ）. Results In the 18 - item GWB, nurse average score in the male and female was significantly higher than those of the national normal models（ P 〈 0.05 ）. One - way analysis of variance（ANOVA） showed that each dimension of GWB had no statistical difference in employment, night shifts, religion, marital status, education and income. But GWB showed statistical difference in sex, age, tenure, profes- sional title, department （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is high level of happiness in psychiatric nurses, but the clinic psychological de- partment and psychiatric rehabilitation ward, senile psychiatry department, chief nurse and（6 - 10 ）years＇work experiences nurses is rel- atively low. Hospital administrators should take the necessary response to its targeted interventions.
