颅内宽颈动脉瘤血管内栓塞技术发展现状

摘    要:血管内治疗方法越来越广泛地应用于颅内动脉瘤,但其应用于血管内治疗的安全性及有效性尚不明确,尤其是其再次出血、复发和再通问题。本文就颅内宽颈动脉瘤血管内治疗方法的技术、并发症及其防治等进行综述。

Abstract:Endovascular approaches are increasingly popular for treating intracranial aneurysms. Whether they are safe and effective for wide-necked aneurysms, however, is unclear. This type of aneurysm presents a particular therapeutic challenge because of the higher risk of re-rupture, re-growth, and re-canalization. This paper will make a review on the technique, complication, and its prevention of endovascular approaches in treating wide-necked intracranial aneurysms.
