| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨闭合性直肠肛管损伤诊治原则.方法:回顾性总结13例闭合性直肠肛管损伤的资料,对闭合性直肠肛管损伤按病因、临床表现、误诊原因、治疗方法进行分析.结果:治愈12例,死亡1例;切口感染8例,并发空肠瘘1例.结论:早诊断、早手术是降低病死率的主要方法,术式的选择与明确诊断时间有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore effective approaches for treatment of closed anorectal trauma.Methods:The clinical data of 13 cases of closed anorectal trauma were summerized and the causes,clinical findings,reasons for misdiagnosis and methods of operation were analyzed.Results:Twelve patients were cured and 1 patient died.Infectious incision occured in 8 cases and concomitant intestinal fistula in 1 case.Conclusions:Early diagnosis and prompt operation are the main approaches to reduce the mortality rate,and the choice of operation methods depends on the time of explicit diagnosis. |
