| 摘 要： | 采用甲基纤维素培养体系 ,观察gp130激发型单抗联合其他造血细胞生长因子对脐血单个核细胞半固体集落形成的作用。结果表明 ,gp130激发型单抗具有显著的协同促进造血细胞体外集落形成作用 ,而且明显优于IL 6对上述因子的协同效应。因此 ,gp130激发型单抗具有潜在的体外扩增造血细胞的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | By using a semi-solid methylcellulose system,the effect of anti-gp130 monoclonal antibody in association with other hematopoietic growth factors on the in vitro colony formation of cord blood mononuclear cells was investigated Results showed that this antibody had a very strong co-stimulatory effect on the colony formation of hematopoietic cells in semisolid medium,and this co-stimulatory effect was superior to that of human recombinatant IL-6 It suggests that the anti-gp130 antibody might have potential value in the cell expansion of stem progenitors in vitro |
