| 蟾毒与蟾酥提取物牙髓镇痛效果的比较研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比较蟾毒与蟾酥不同提取物的牙髓镇痛效果。方法：采用以猫开口反射为疼痛指标的牙髓电刺激模型。结果：牙髓封药３０ｍｉｎ，蟾毒对牙痛阈值的增长率明显高于蟾酥乙醇提取物和氯仿提取物；封药１ｈ，蟾毒对牙痛阈值的增长率与蟾酥乙醇提取物无明显差别，但明显高于蟾酥氯仿提取物；封药２ｈ，对牙痛阈值的增长率，蟾毒与蟾酥乙醇提取物和氯仿提取物之间均无明显差异。结论：蟾毒的牙髓镇痛作用较强，起效快，其次为蟾酥乙醇提取物，蟾酥氯仿提取物作用较慢 |

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the effect of paralyzed pulp of Toadpoison, Toad venom alcohol extract (TVAE) and Toad venom chloroform extract(TVCE). Methods: The electron stimulate model of dental pulp of cats opened mouth reflex was used as an analgesic norm. Results: When dressing 0.5h the growth rate of the painful threshold value of the Toadpoison was more higher than that of TVAE and TVCE. When dressing 1h, the Toadpoison's was more higher than that of TVCE too, but there were not obvious statistical difference between mentioned two groups. When dressing 2h, there were no obvious statistical difference among Toadpoison's. TVAE'S and TVCE'S. Conclusions: The paralyzed pulp of Toadpoison is quicker and stronger than that of TVAE and TVCE. |
