溶菌酶对感染根管中优势菌抑菌作用的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:本实验通过研究溶菌酶对感染根管中优势菌抑制作用,从而为溶菌酶的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:本实验采用微量稀释法测定LZM和FC对感染根管内检出率高的8株标准菌株的MIC和MBC。结果:LZM对中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌及产黑色素普氏菌无溶解作用。对黄褐色二氧化碳噬纤维菌、干酪乳杆菌、粘性放线菌及血液链球菌有溶解作用。FC对8株菌均有抑制作用。结论:溶菌酶对G+菌有抑制作用,对G-菌无抑制作用。FC对8株菌均有抑制作用。

Abstract:
Aim:To learn the lycozyme inhibitory effect on predominant bacteria in infected root canal and to provide theoretic principle for its clinical applying. Methods: With minute amount serial dilution test, this study assessed the minimal inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of lysozyme and formocresol against eight strains of prcdominant bactoria in infectad root canal. Results: Lysozyme could not inhibit P. intermedius, F. nucleatum and P. melaningenicus, but could inhibit C. ochraceaco, L. casci, A. viscosus and S.sanguis. But foromcrceol could inhibit all of those eight strains. Conclusions: Lysozyme can inhibit the grampositive bacteria, but can't inhibit the gramnegative bacteria. But formocresol can inihit all of these eight strains.
