摘    要:
目的 观察白色念珠菌肠腔内定植后局部调节功子表达变化。方法 采用无特殊病原菌小鼠定植白色念珠菌,分别于定植后3d,7d,14d活杀,观察如下指标:盲肠内白色念珠菌总数;潘氏结(PP)中斑点杂交观测IL-4,IL-6表达变化;通过原位杂交反映固有层中(LP)IL-6表达变化;ELISA测定肠匀浆中IL-6水平。结果 白色念珠菌总数以定植3d,7d较高,14d则明显下降;PP中IL-4表达以定植14d

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the change in IL-4 and IL-6 expression in local intestinal mucosal immunity tissue during colonization of Candida albicans.METHODS The total number of C.albicans in intestine was calculated by culture;IL- expression in PP was observed by spot hybridization,meanwhile IL-6 expression in LP was observed by in situ hybridization. RESULTS The changes in total number of Candida were obvious after inoculation.At PCD 3 and PCD 7 ,the number of candidas was higher,but it decreased at PCD 14 .At PCD 14 ,IL-4 expression in PP was the highest, while at PCD 7 IL-6 expression in LP was the top one.CONCLUSIONS Local increasing in IL-4 and IL-6 expression may be induced by colonization of C.albicans.
