玻璃体手术治疗敲击伤所致眼后段异物

目的　总结玻璃体手术治疗敲击伤所致眼后节异物的视力效果。方法　回顾性分析 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月经玻璃体手术治疗的敲击伤所致眼后段异物 36例 36眼的临床资料。结果　 36眼均为敲击伤所致的眼后节磁性异物。主要并发症包括外伤性白内障 2 4眼 ,眼内炎 3眼 ,视网膜脱离 4眼 ,玻璃体积血 10眼。玻璃体手术后 ,2 6眼视力提高 ,7眼不变 ,3眼下降。其中 0 .0 2以上者 2 2眼 ,0 .2以上 18眼。术前 3眼无光感 ,2眼术后恢复光感以上视力。经统计学处理 ,患者术后的视力显著好于术前视力 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　经过及时、恰当的玻璃体手术治疗 ,多数敲击伤所致的眼内异物患者可得到较好的视力。

Outcome with knocking related foreign bodies in the posterior segment treated by vitreous surgery

Objective To summarize the visual outcome of patients with knocking related foreign bodies in the posterior segment treated by vitreous surgery.Methods Clinical data of 36 cases (36 eyes) were analyzed with knocking related foreign bodies in the posterior segment treated by vitreous surgery from January 2001 to December 2002 retrospectively.Results Thirty-six patients were diagnosed as knocking related magnetic foreign bodies in the posterior segment . Main complications included traumatic cataract in 24 eyes,endophthalmitis in 3 eyes,retinal detachment in 4 eyes and vitreous hemorrhage in 10 eyes. Post-operatively,26 eyes were improved in visual acuity,7 eyes remained unchanged,and 3 eyes had worse vision.Twenty-two eyes acquired visual acuity better than 0.02 and 18 eyes acquired visual acuity better than 0.2. Among 3 eyes with no-light-perception before operation,2 eyes had light-perception after operation.The postoperative visual acuity were better than preoperative(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of patients with knocking related foreign bodies can be salvaged with considerable visual acuity after adequate and timely vitreous surgery.
