| 摘 要： | 目的结合临床实践,对中医咨谈式心理治疗在治疗强迫症中的治疗原理、治疗原则等进行探讨。方法对82例强迫症患者进行了治疗,同时采用SCL-90,SDS,SAS和EPQ在治疗前后进行评定。结果平均疗程29±15天,痊愈42例,显著好转27例,好转12例,无效1例;量表测查结果表明,患者治疗后心理健康水平明显提高,一些人格特征得到改善。对强迫观念和强迫行为同样有效。患者对治疗的依从性比较好。结论治疗可在较短时间对患者产生深刻影响,不是一般的使患者明白了一些做人大道理,治疗使患者的基本实际能力得到了发展才能解释这种变化。该疗法是治疗强迫症的有效心理疗法。 |
