| 摘 要： | [目的]观察益气清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]90例随机分为两组:治疗组60例用益气清热活血方治疗,对照组30例用维酶素、胃复春治疗。[结果]治疗组3个月、6个月总有效率分别为78.3%、93.3%,对照组3个月、6个月总有效率分别为53.3%、70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]益气清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好疗效。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on chronic atrophicgastrifis treated by YiQiQingReHuoXue. [Method] 90 caseswere divided into 2 group s randomly. 60 caseswere trea2ted with YiQiQingReHuoXue as the study group while 30 caseswere treated withWeiMei Su Pian andWei FuChun as the control group. [Resul] 3 months＇s and 6 months＇total effective rate of the study group is 78.3% and 933% while that of the control group is 53.3% and 70.0%. There is great difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion] YiQiQingReHuoXue has good therapeutic effect in treating chronic atrophicgastritis. |
