| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨西咪替丁配合阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效。方法：将27例水痘患儿随机分为治疗组15例和对照组12例,在2组均静脉给予阿昔洛韦的基础上,治疗组加用西咪替丁静脉滴注,观察临床体征的变化并进行分析。结果：治疗组的退热时间及皮疹结痂时间均短于对照组,治疗组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组。结论：西咪替丁佐治水痘可缩短疗程,且无不良反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective : Toinvestigae the curative effect of cimitidine treating chicken pox with acyclovir.Method: There were 27 children with chicken pox,15 were into the treatment group and 12 in the controle group.The two groups was given intravenous acyclovir.In addition,the treatment group was given intravenous cimitidine.The changes of the clinical signs were observed and analysed.Results: The treatment group's time to bring down a fever and scab in rash is shorter than the control group,the treatment group's treatment effectiveness is obviously higher than the control group.Conclusion: Cimitidine could shorten tre course of theatment when treating chicken pox,with no side effects. |
