Abstract: | ![]() Aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage is associated with a uniquely severe headache of acute onset. Four cases who were admitted to a district general hospital within a 3-month period are presented, because they demonstrate a variety of presentations, management options, and outcomes. |
