| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达在胃癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法应用流式细胞术检测54例胃癌标本中MMP-9的表达。结果 MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达量明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,在不同分化程度、不同浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织之间MMP-9表达均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中MMP-9高表达,MMP-9在胃癌发展中起重要作用。 |
