| 摘 要： | 目的探讨推拿配合肩胛控制训练治疗偏瘫患者肩-手综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例偏瘫肩-手综合征患者随机分成2组,对照组30例采用常规康复训练,观察组30例在常规康复训练的基础上进行推拿治疗及肩胛骨的控制训练。治疗前后用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分对患者的上肢功能、肩手疼痛及手指肿胀程度进行评定。结果训练后2组患者上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均较治疗前明显提高,观察组上肢功能改善情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。训练后2组患者肩手疼痛及手指肿胀程度较训练前明显减轻,观察组较对照组改善更为明显。结论推拿配合肩胛控制训练治疗偏瘫患者肩-手综合征疗效好。
