高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的研究进展

目的探讨高强度聚焦超声（high intensity focused ultrasound，HIFU）治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性和有效性。方法选择不愿意行手术切除子宫肌瘤的已生育患者70例，应用JC型高强度超声聚焦治疗机进行治疗，治疗后定期随访观察。观察HIFU治疗前后肌瘤的超声回声、肌瘤大小、血流及临床症状变化。结果治疗后肌瘤内部回声增强，血流信号减少，肌瘤缩小，临床症状改善，无严重副作用。结论HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤安全、有效，值得进一步研究、观察。

High intensity focused ultrasound treatment of uterine leiomyoma research progress

Objoctive To investigate the high-intensity focused ultrasound （high intensity focused ultrasound HIFU） treatment of uterine fibroids the safety and efficacy. Methods Chose 70 cases with fertility who did not want to surgical resection of uterine leiomyomado, the application of J C type high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy machine treatment, regular follow-up after treatment. HIFU observation before and after treatment of the ultrasonic echo myoma, leiomyoma size, blood flow and changes in clinical symptoms. Results After the treatment, the internal echo myoma enhanced, reduced blood flow signal, fibroids shrink, clinical symptoms improved and no serious side-effects. Conclusion HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids a safe, effective and worthy of further study, observation.
