| 摘 要： | 目的评估男性中腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、体质量指数(BMI)与代谢综合征的相关性并探讨其对不同危险因素的筛选切点。方法选择在我院男性体检者共1874名,通过计算ROC曲线下面积评估WC、WHR、BMI与代谢综合征的关系及其筛选切点,并通过Logistic回归分析矫正年龄因素影响。结果 WC、WHR、BMI均与代谢综合征及亚组危险因素关系密切,三者对于代谢综合征的预测价值相似,男性人群中代谢综合征筛选切点分别为89.0 cm、0.91、24.9 kg/m2。结论在男性中WC、WHR、BMI是预测代谢综合征的重要指标,其中预测敏感性的优劣依次为WC>BMI>WHR。
