| 摘 要： | 目的 观察咽炎丸灌胃后小鼠产生的急性毒性反应,以评价咽炎丸的安全性.方法 将咽炎丸设定3个剂量组灌胃给药,小鼠没有出现死亡,故以其最大给药剂量进行试验.结果 试验小鼠的行为未出现异常,无小鼠死亡.结论 咽炎丸具有较好的安全性.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety of Pharyngitis Pill by observing the acute toxic reaction of mice after intragastric administration.Methods The mic e were intragastrically administered with Pharyngitis Pill at three different do sages.There was no death of mice found,Hence the maximum dosage was measured.Re sults Drug-treated mice had no behavior anomaly and death in the observation pe riod.Conclusion Pharyngitis Pill is relatively safe. |
