| 摘 要： | 目的对拟用于医院制剂研发的两个厂家的灵芝孢子粉进行质量比较,为购买优质灵芝孢子粉原料药提供依据。方法依据2010年版《中国药典(一部)》并参考相关文献中有关中药灵芝的检测方法,对北京A厂和山东B厂两厂家灵芝孢子粉的破壁率、水分、灰分、多糖进行比较。结果两厂家供试品的薄层色谱图在波长365 nm处均与灵芝对照药材相同位置有相同颜色的荧光斑点;北京A厂的灵芝孢子破壁率为90%,山东B厂的破壁率为97%,二者含水量、多糖均符合药典规定,但北京A厂灵芝孢子粉的总灰分含量为3.37%,超出药典规定的含量限度。结论山东B厂灵芝孢子粉的质量较优,可作为医院制剂灵芝孢子粉胶囊研制的原料药。 |
