| 摘 要： | 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PC I)是目前治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的常见方法。但临床仍有不少患者术后有胸痛的症状,PC I术后胸痛产生的原因是多方面的,其中少部分胸痛由急性心肌缺血引起,可导致急性心肌梗死、心律失常、心脏骤停等严重后果,需要及时、正确诊断和处理。现将综合新近研究进展对PC I术后胸痛的常见原因、诊断方法和治疗方案进行论述。

| Abstract: | Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is performed worldwide daily for the symptomatic treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.However,chest pain after PCI remains challenging,which is caused by various factors.Fewer of them result from acute myocardial ischemia and cause acute myocardial infarction,arrythmia and cardial sudden death.Here is to review the most common causes of recurrent chest pain after PCI,to analyse the possible diagnostic approaches,and to discuss the potential treatments. |
