单核细胞趋化蛋白1及其受体CCR2与冠心病关系的研究进展

摘    要:冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是一种慢性炎症性疾病,炎性反应在动脉粥样硬化(AS)发生、发展及其并发症的产生过程中起着重要作用,而趋化因子及受体在炎性反应中起关键作用。其中单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)被认为是AS发生早期的关键因素,它与其特异性受体CC类趋化因子受体2(CCR2)结合后,趋化并激活单核/巨噬细胞,促进炎性反应的发生,从而产生生物学效应。现就MCP-1及CCR2在冠心病炎性反应过程中的作用,以及治疗冠心病的可行方案予以综述。
