| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用计算机模拟分步教学法对基层医师进行心肺复苏技能培训的效果。方法应用简短理论授课、SimMan4000综合模拟人、急救模拟人、生理驱动高仿真电脑模拟人、录像回放等方法分步对27名基层医师进行心肺复苏技能培训,内容包括胸外按压、气管插管和恶性心律失常处理等,比较培训前后的成绩;调查基层医师对计算机模拟技术分步教学法的认可程度。结果基层医师胸外按压培训前后的成绩分别为(57.38±8.42)分vs(82.36±9.15)分(,P<0.01),气管插管的成绩分别为(61.75±7.42)分vs(86.37±8.04)分(,P<0.01),恶性心律失常处理的成绩分别为(60.24±6.54)分vs(87.26±5.49)分(,P<0.01);96.2%的医师认为该教学方法可以提高学习能力和培养团队合作精神。结论应用计算机模拟分步教学法对基层医师进行培训可以提高心肺复苏技能,培养团队合作和急诊应变能力。
