C反应蛋白检测在临床急性感染中的应用

目的研究急性时相C反应蛋白与WBC数的关系以及二者在急性期和恢复期的变化,尤其对肿瘤并发急性感染诊疗的应用价值.方法检测了非肿瘤组和肿瘤组共136例住院患者血清CRP水平和外周血WBC数,并在感染恢复期作了复查.结果非肿瘤组血清CRP水平和外周血WBC数密切相关,肿瘤组两者无相关性.结论对于肿瘤患者并发急性感染的诊断和疗效判断,急性时相C反应蛋白比WBC计数有更大的价值,急性时相C反应蛋白检测是诊断急性感染的敏感性指标.

Application of C-reactive Protein Test to Clinical Acute Infections

Objective To study the relations between c-reactive protein and WBC and the changes of them in acute stage and convalescence stage of infection, especially to study the application value of CRP and WBC in diagnosis and treatment of acute infection breaking out simultaneously with tumor.Methods The levels of CRP in serum and WBC in peripheral blood in the tumor group and the nontumor group altogether 136 sufferers in hospital were examined.Results C-reactive protein in serum was correlated closely to WBC in peripheral blood in the nontumor group and nor in the tumor group. Conclusion CRP detection is more valuable than WBC count in diagnosis and curative effect judgment on acute infection breaking out simultaneously with tumor,the detection of C-reactive protein is a sencitive quota to diagnose acute infection in clinic.
