| 摘 要： | 目的：分离鉴定北京蜂胶中的黄酮类成分。方法：硅胶和聚酰胺柱层析分离，葡聚糖柱层析纯化，核磁、质谱、紫外、红外和园二色谱与理化常数鉴定结构。结果：分离鉴定了６种黄酮类化合物，为球松素、乔松素、柚木杨素、白杨素、良姜素和高良姜素。结论：球松素、乔松素、柚木杨素和良姜素为首次从北京蜂胶中获得。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To separate and identify the active flavonoids from Beijing Propolis. METHOD: The flavonoids were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and polyamide, purified with Sephadex LH-20, and elucidated on the basis of NMR, MS, UV, IR and CD spectra. RESULT: Six kinds of flavonoids were obtained and elucidated as I: pinostrobin, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-flavanone; II: pinocembrin, 5, 7-dihydroxy-flavanone; III: tectochrysin, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-flavone; IV: chrysin, 5, 7-dihydroxy-flavone; V: izalpinin, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-flavonol and VI: galangin, 5, 7-dihydroxy-flavonol. CONCLUSION: Compounds I, II, III and V were found for the first time from Beijing Propolis. |
