碳/碳复合材料表面羟基磷灰石涂层的研究

摘    要:
采用等离子喷涂技术在碳/碳复合材料上制备了羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了涂层的微观结构.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了涂层的相组成,并测定了涂层与基体的结合强度。结果表明:在碳/碳基体表面获得了具有一定粗糙度的羟基磷灰石涂层;在等离子喷涂过程中,发生了羟基磷灰石的非晶化现象,经过热处理后可转变为晶相;涂层与基体的剪切强度为7.15MPa。

Abstract:
A simple plasma spraying method was employed in coating hydr oxyapaptite (HA) on to carbon/carbon composites(C/C composites). The morphology of the coating was examined under scanning electron microscope (SEM). The phase con stitutions of the HA coating were determined by X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The shear strength of the HA coating-C/C composite substrates was detected. A hydro x yapatite coating with rough surface was observed. A considerable amount of amorp hous phase appeared as a result from the coating process, which could be tran sformed into the morphous phase crystalline HA after subsequent heat treatment. The shear strength between the H A coating and C/C composite substrates was 7.15 MPa.
