中山市妇女围绝经期综合征及其影响因素分析

目的:了解中山市妇女围绝经期综合征患病率、临床特点及其影响因素;了解中山市妇女对围绝经期保健的态度及行为,以便更好地改善围绝经期保健服务的内容和质量,提高妇女的健康水平及生活质量。方法:应用调查问卷的形式,采取分层整群抽样的方法随机抽取中山市1 678名40~65岁的妇女进行问卷调查。数据用SPSS 10.0进行统计分析。结果:①围绝经期综合征的发病率为68.5%,发生率最高的前3个症状依次为失眠、肌肉骨关节痛、头晕。②围绝经期综合征受年龄等12个因素的影响。结论:①中山市妇女围绝经期综合征的发病率与全国平均水平(2/3)相近。②围绝经期综合征以失眠等躯体症状为主,烦躁、忧郁等神经精神症状也占一定比例;提高这一人群的生命质量,药物治疗需配合心理支持治疗。③围绝经期综合征受年龄、自我保健意识、生活习惯等多种因素影响,要降低围绝经期综合征的发病率,需加强妇女的自我保健意识,改变不良生活习惯,提高妇女对不良生活事件的应激能力。

Analysis of symptoms of the peri-menopausal period syndrome of the women in Zhongshan city and its affecting factors

Objective:To realize the prevalence rate of the peri-menopausal syndrome among the women in Zhongshan city,its clinic features and its affecting factors as well and to understand the attitudes of the women in Zhongshan city for prevented health care of the peri-menopausal period syndromes.Methods:Questionnaires were applied to the women at a age between 40 and 65 in the city and were collected randomly 1678 copies of them in the way of cluster sampling in delaminating and then the data were analyzed statistically in terms of SPSS 10.0.Results:The morbidity of the disease was 68.5 %.The top three symptoms in incidence were sleeplessness,arthrodynia accompanied by muscle-pains,and dizziness.The occurrence of peri-menopausal period syndrome was affected by twelve factors like age.Conclusion:1.The morbidity of peri-menopausal period syndrome in Zhongshan city is close to the average level of the whole country,which is 2/3.2.The features of the symptoms are characterized chiefly by features of bodies.Whereas,the psychiatric nerve symptoms like agitation,depression also takes some proportion.In order to improve the lives quality of this group,doctors should treat them not only with medication but combining it with psychiatric support.3.The peri-menopausal period syndrome is affected by many factors such as ages,sense of self-care and everyday's lifestyle etc.With the purpose of reducing the morbidity of the disease,many should be done to the involved women including enhancing their sense of self-care,changing their bad lifestyle and promoting their stress ability to cope with some unexpected occurrences which are harmful to their health.
