中医药健康管理服务项目实施情况分析——以河南省为例

了解中医药健康管理服务项目在河南省的实施情况,为项目的进一步实施提供理论依据。采用抽样调研在河南省内抽调0～36月龄儿童监护人、65岁以上老年人及基层公卫人员。儿童监护人中有216人(67.9%)不知道2013年国家将中医药健康管理服务纳入国家公共卫生服务项目,在听说过该项目的人中,"熟人"和"微信公众号"是其获取相关信息的最主要途径,有72人(22.6%)接受过该项目;老年人中有122人(41.2%)听说过老年人中医体质辨识,在这些人中,"熟人""宣传册"是其获取相关信息的最主要途径,"熟人""相关讲座"是其想进一步了解该项目的首选途径,有70人(23.6%)接受过中医体质辨识项目;基层公卫人员认为加大宣传力度、增加培训机会和加大财政投入是可能推动该项目实施的主要途径,有82人(88.2%)认为有必要大力推进该项目的实施。公众对此项目满意度较高,但知晓度较低,需加大该项目在河南省的宣传力度。

Analysis on the Implementation of Health Management Service Project of TTraditional Chinese Medicine--Taking Henan Province as an EXAMple

The implementation of Chinese medicine health management service project in Henan Province was understood,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further implementation of the project.Using sampling investigation,the guardian of children aged 0-36 months,the elderly over 65 years old and the basic level public health personnel were deployed in Henan Province.216(67.9%)of the child guardians surveyed did not know that in 2013 the state included Chinese medicine health management services in the national public health service project.Among those who heard of the project,“acquaintance”and“WeChat public number”were the main ways to obtain relevant information,and 72(22.6%)had accepted the project;122(41.2%)had heard of TCM physique identification,among which“acquaintances”and“brochures”were the most important ways to obtain relevant information,“acquaintances”and“related lectures”were the preferred ways to learn more about the project,and 70(23.6%)had received TCM physique identification.The grass-roots public health personnel surveyed believe that increasing publicity,increasing training opportunities and increasing financial investment are the main ways to promote the implementation of the project,82(88.2%)believe it is necessary to vigorously promote the implementation of the project.The public satisfaction with the project is high,but the awareness is low,so need to increase the project in Henan Province publicity efforts.
