| 摘 要： | 中医在缺血性脑疾病的防治中素有内在优势。中医认为，痰瘀在缺血性脑卒中发生发展过程中同为病理产物和致病因素，对其发病产生重要影响，痰瘀互结是缺血性脑卒中的病机关键；现代研究认为，脂质代谢、血液流变异常和炎症反应是与痰瘀相关的重要病理生理机制，因此，痰瘀同治法以其独特作用优势，在缺血性脑卒中防治中发挥重要作用。文章结合古今文献，将围绕痰瘀同治法在缺血性脑卒中防治中的机制理论与研究进展进行探讨和思考。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has its unique advantages in treatment and prevention of ischemic brain disease. TCM holds that phlegm and blood stasis are the pathological products and pathogenic factors in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke,which play an important role in the pathogenetic process. Phlegm-blood stasis is the key of pathogenesis of ischemic stroke. Meanwhile,from the view of modern researches,disorder in lipid metabolism,hemorheology and inflammation are the significant physiopathologic mechanism of ischemic stroke which are closely related to phlegm-blood stasis. So removing both phlegm and blood stasis plays a crucial part in ischemic stroke''s treatment and prevention with its unique advantage. Combined with the ancient and modern literatures,this article will discuss and think about the mechanism theory and research progress of removing both phlegm and blood stasis applied in treatment and prevention of ischemic stroke. |
