针刺夹脊穴联合肩三针对冻结期肩周炎患者临床疗效及喙肱韧带厚度的影响

目的] 观察针刺夹脊穴联合肩三针治疗冻结期肩周炎的临床疗效，探讨喙肱韧带厚度对冻结期肩周炎的诊断价值。方法] 选取2021年1月—2021年10月期间诊断为冻结期肩周炎的患者80例，随机分为针刺夹脊穴联合肩三针治疗组40例和传统针灸对照组40例。经过2个疗程治疗后，比较两种治疗方式的临床有效率、视觉模拟评分（VAS）、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分和喙肱韧带厚度（CHL）。结果] 联合治疗组临床有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05），VAS评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05），Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分总体优于对照组（P<0.05），喙肱韧带厚度低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论] 针刺夹脊穴联合肩三针治疗冻结期肩周炎可以减轻患者疼痛，增加肩关节活动范围，值得临床推广应用。

Effects of acupuncture at Jiaji point combined with Jiansanzhen on freezing stage scapulohumeral periarthritis and the thickness of coraeohumeral ligament

Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture at Jiaji point combined with Jiansanzhen in the treatment of freezing stage scapulohumeral periarthritis,and to explore the diagnostic value of the thickness of coraeohumeral ligament at freezing stage scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods] From January 2021 to October 2021,the 80 patients with freezing stage scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into 40 cases in the treatment group of acupuncture Jiaji point combined with Jiansanzhen and 40 cases in the control group of traditional acupuncture. After two courses of treatment,the clinical effective rate,visual analog score (VAS),Constant Murley shoulder function score and coraeohumeral ligament thickness (CHL) of the two treatment methods were compared. Results] After completing all treatments,the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05),the VAS of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The Constant Murley shoulder function score had more advantages than that of the control group (P<0.05). The thickness of coraeohumera ligament was thinner than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion] Acupuncture at Jiaji point combined with Jiansanzhen can reduce the pain of patients with freezing stage scapulohumeral periarthritis and increase the range of motion of shoulder joint. This treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
