雷公藤片治疗类风湿性关节炎74例

目的 探讨雷公藤在类风湿性关节炎治疗中的临床疗效及安全性.方法 随机将146例类风湿性关节炎患者分为观察组74例、对照组72例.观察组口服雷公藤片治疗2片/次、每日3次,对照组口服甲氨蝶呤治疗10 mg/次、每周1次,均连续用药3个月.结果 观察组治疗后晨僵时间、压痛关节数、肿胀关节数和平均握力均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01).观察组不良反应发生率明显较对照组低(χ2=4.80,P<0.05).结论 雷公藤片治疗类风湿性关节炎,能显著改善患者的临床症状、体征,且不良反应相对较少.

The Clinic Effect of Tripterygium Wilforddi Hook on Rheumatoid Arthritis
