| 摘 要： | 我国水痘发病率已居疫苗可预防传染病之首,并常在托幼机构和学校聚集流行,已渐成为较严重的公共卫生问题之一。目前,国产水痘疫苗已基本满足儿童1剂次常规免疫服务的需求,而国外的研究和经验显示,2剂次高水平水痘疫苗接种率可有效阻断水痘传播,从而达到控制乃至消除水痘的目的。本文对我国水痘的流行概况及水痘疫苗免疫预防的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The incidence of varicella is higher than diseases targeted expanded programmer on immunization(EPI) vaccines,which was prevalent in kindergarten and school.Therefore,varicella has become one of severest public health problem in China.At present,the production of one dose domestic varicella attenuated live vaccine(VarV) for children had met requirement for EPI in China.However,the results of studies indicated that high coverage of two doses VarV could prevent varicella spread virtually and even reach to elimination.In this paper,we mainly reviewed the epidemiological situation in China and the progress of immunity prevention for VarV. |
