中药化瘀利水治疗高血压肾病32例临床观察

目的:观察用化淤泄浊汤结合常规西药治疗高血压肾病的临床疗效。方法:临床高血压肾病病人32例,随机分为对照组(给予波依定,5mg,PO,Bid,北京赛科药业有限公司,马沙尼,2mg,PO,qd,阿斯利康制药有限公司,双氢氯噻嗪25mg,PO,Bid,常州制药有限公司,服用30d)和治疗组(服用中药汤剂化瘀利水,日1剂,分2次服用,服用30d),30d为1疗程。结果:治疗1个月以后,两组动脉血压,血尿素氮(BUN)和肌苷(SCr)均明显下降,内生肌酐清除(CCr)和残余肾功能指数(RRFI)改善。与对照组比较,血红蛋白明显升高(P0.05),SCr下降显著(P0.05),CCr提高(P0.05)及RRFI改善程度较大(P0.01)。结论:中药汤剂化瘀利水比常规西药治疗高血压肾病疗效更好。

Clinical observation on treating 32 cases of hypertensive nephropathy in TCM Huayu Lishui

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Huayu Xiezhuo decoction plus conventional modern medicine in treating hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:32 cases of clinical hypertensive renal patients were randomly divided into the control group(Given plendil 5mg,PO,Bid,The SECCO Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Masha Ni,2mg,PO,qd,AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical Co,Ltd.hydrochlorothiazide 25mg,PO,Bid,Changzhou pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.taken 30 days) and the treated group(taken TCM decoction RRI,one day,divided into 2 doses,taken 30 days),30 days for a course of treatment.Results:After a month of treatment,arterial blood pressure,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(SCr) of the two groups were significantly decreased;endogenous creatinine clearance(CCr) and residual renal function index(RRFI) were improved.Compared with the control group,the hemoglobin was significantly increased(P<0.05),SCr was significantly decreased(P<0.05).CCr was improved significantly(P<0.05) and RRFI to improve greater(P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of TCM Huayu Lishui was better than conventional modern medicine in treating hypertensive nephropathy.
