麻醉对术中诱发电位监测的影响

诱发电位（EPS）能监测术中运动传导束和感觉传导束的功能．在减少术后神经系统并发症方面显示出很好的前景。已有报道EPS监测用于颅内手术和脊柱手术的术中监测以减少术后感觉和运动功能缺陷．也有报道其用子胸主动脉手术．监测术中有无脊髓缺血。很多常用的麻醉药物对EPS监测有抑制作用．而且某些麻醉药物对其抑制呈剂盛依赖性。因此．较好的了解麻醉药物对EPS的影响．才能更好的发挥EPS监测的作用。本文就麻醉对术中EPS监测的影响做一综述。

Effects of Anesthetic Agents on Intraoperative Evoked Potentials Monitoring

Evoked potentials （EPs） has shown promise for monitoring intraoperative motor and somatosensory tract function, reducing postoperative complications EPs monitoring has been reported to contribute to deficit prevention during cerebral and spine surgery and in detecting spinal ischemia during thoracic aortic reconstruction ,Many commonly used anesthetic agents have long been known to depress EPs responses and certain agents continue to have dose-dependent effects on EPs reliability. Understanding the effects of anesthetic agents on EPs is imperative to increasing the acceptance and application of this technique in the prevention of intraoperative motor and somatosensory tract injury. This review is intended as an overview of the effects of anesthetics on the intraoperative EPs monitoring responses.
