| 摘 要： | 采用三维有限元的方法 ,分别考察了由柱状和叶状种植体支持的全下颌种植覆盖义齿、种植体、骨界面及牙槽嵴在三种位下的应力分布情况。发现叶状种植体及其骨界面的应力较高 ,不利于应力分布。 |

| Abstract: | The stress distribution of implant, implant bone interface, alveolar ridge surface and the overdenture when supported by cylindrical type or blade type implants under three kinds of occlusion, were investigated respectively in this study. The results showed that the extreme principle stress was greater when the denture was supported by blade type implants than by cylindrical type one. The stress distribution of the system with application of cylindrical type implant is more acceptable.; |
