| 摘 要： | 胃癌是一种发病率很高的恶性肿瘤,其发生呈一个缓慢发展的渐进过程,中医药在防治胃癌的领域已取得较好的疗效。本文主要就中医＂治未病＂思想在预防胃癌的发生、阻断癌前病变的发展、预防胃癌复发和转移及对放化疗的减毒增效等方面作用做一阐述,发现一些尚存在的不足之处并指出今后的研究方向。 |

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is a highly incident malignant tumor with increased morbidity, The occurrence of gastric carcinoma is a slowly developing processes. TCM has been achieved a better curative effect. The article mainly discussed the thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） Preventive Treat- ment on the applications of prevention of gastric carcinoma, blocking of precancerrous, the prevention of re- currence-and-metastasis of gastric carcinoma, and the toxicity-reliveing and efficacy-enhancing actions in radio-chemotherapy. We also piont out some deficiencies and set forth the direction of this study in the fu- ture. |
