利用心率的去趋势波动分析提取睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者的睡眠结构信息

以经基于心率变异性的睡眠分期大都是针对健康人进行的,拟利用心率变异性分析睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(SAHS)病人的睡眠结构.根据微动敏感式床垫式睡眠监测系统(MSMSMS)所得10名健康者的心率和30名不同程度SAHS患者的心率,利用去趋势波动分析(DFA)方法,计算他们在各睡眠阶段的标度指数.实验结果显示,SAHS患者各个睡眠阶段的标度指数具有明显差异,与健康者也有不同,为基于心率变异性对SAHS患者进行睡眠分期以及SAHS患者的判定提供了依据.

Detrended Fluctuation Analysis of Heart Rate to Detect Sleep Stage for Patients with Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

This study is purposed to distinguish sleep stage based on heart rate variability for sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (SAHS) patients. The heart rate of 10 healthy subjects and 30 SAHS petients,detected from the micro-movement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system (MSMSMS),was analyzed using detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA),and fractal exponents in different sleep stage were calculated. The results showed that the fractal exponents had significant differences in different sleep stage for the SAHS patients,and they were also different between healthy subjects and SAHS patients. All of these gave the potential for the application of heart rate variability in distinguishing sleep stage of SAHS patients and diagnosing SAHS as well.
