| 摘 要： | 目的评价医学院校2年级学生关于育龄妇女叶酸摄入预防神经管畸形的知识需求。方法选择医学院参加营养选修课的116名学生为调查对象，开展有关叶酸与神经管畸形的问卷调查。结果91．38％的学生知晓预防神经管畸形的维生素是叶酸，46．22％～21．7％的学生既不了解育龄妇女叶酸的推荐摄入量及什么时候摄入，也不能辨认叶酸的良好食物来源及药物名称。结论尽管医学专业学生清楚叶酸预防神经管畸形，但对育龄妇女开展咨询还需要进一步专业知识培训。 |

Analysis of the knowledge on folic acid and prevention of neural tube defects in medical student |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess knowledge regarding prevention of Neural tube defects by folic acid among medical students in the final year of a professional degree program. Methods 116 students took part in nutrition elective course completed a survey consisting of five multiple - choice questions concening folic acid and birth defects. Results Of all students,91.38% correctly identified folic acid as preventing birth defects. Of these students,46.22% -21.7% neither knew when and how much supple mentation should be intakintaken before pregnancy nor correctly identify the good sources of folic acid from food and medcation. Conclusion Although medical students are aware of folic acid＇ s ability to prevent birth defects, many lack the specific knowledge needed to effectively counsel women in future clinical practice. |
