摘    要:目的探讨不同苦叶七资源在分子水平上的遗传多样性。方法采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对30个苦叶七地方品种进行检测,并用NTSYS软件对扩增结果进行统计和聚类。结果80个随机引物中有10个引物的扩增产物具有多态性,每个多态性引物平均可扩增出6个片段。聚类分析表明,全部材料可划分为五个类群。结论苦叶七种质资源在分子水平上存在明显的遗传差异。

Abstract:Objective To explore the genetic diversity of Fagopyrum tataricum on molecular level.Methods Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)was used to test 30 Fagopyrum tataricum.The NTSYS software was used to analyze the marks.Results Among 80 arbitrary primers,10 were selected to amplify polymorphic produces,6 polymorphic bands were amplified by each polymorphic primer on the average.Using UPGMA method,all the tested accessions could be clustered into five groups.Conclusion There actually existed much genetic diversity on molecular level among Fagopyrum tataricum germplasm resources.
