健康教育对支气管哮喘病人生活质量的影响

[目的]探讨健康教育对支气管哮喘病人生活质量的影响.[方法]将224例哮喘病人随机分为两组,观察组给予系统的相关知识教育,为期1年.对照组给予随机教育.[结果]观察组病人对哮喘相关知识的掌握程度、峰流速仪及定量雾化仪及平喘药物的正确使用率均明显优于对照组,年均医疗费用、哮喘急性发作次数明显低于对照组.[结论]健康教育能降低哮喘病人发作次数、年均住院天数、病休天数以及医疗费用.

Influence of health education on quality of life of asthma patients

Objective: To probe into the influence of h ealth education on quality of life in asthma patients. Method: A total of 224 asthma patients were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of test group were given systemat ic education on relevant knowledge. While patients of control group were given e ducation randomly. Result: The comprehension of relevant knowledge about asthma, correct usage of peak flow meter, quantitative nebulizer and correctly use of a nti-asthmatics in patients of test group are superior to that of control group. Both average yearly medical expense and acute attack times of test group cases w ere remarkably lower than that of control group. Conclusion: Health education ca n lower the attack times, average hospitalization days, days of asking for sick leave, and medical expenses of asthma patients.
