| Abstract: | tem cells are defined as cells that have the ability to perpetuate themselves through self-renewal and to generate mature cells of a particular tissue through differentiation.In this article we discussed the evidence for the existence of tumor stem cells and sources of cancer stem cells,moreover,tumor-targeted therapeutic approach and development prospect were also reviewed. |
