摘    要:摘 要 目的: 运用星点设计 效应面法对甘草水提工艺进行优化。方法: 用HPLC法测定甘草苷、甘草酸含量,以甘草苷、甘草酸含量和干膏收率为综合评价指标,以加水倍量、提取时间为自变量,综合评价指标为因变量,采用Design-Expert 8.06对试验数据进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,用效应面法优选最佳水提工艺,并对结果进行预测分析。结果: 最佳水提工艺为12倍量水,提取2次,每次90 min,提取预测值与理论值偏差为-1.72%,二项式拟合复相关系数r=0.979 7。结论: 星点设计 效应面法优化甘草水提工艺,简便可行,预测性较高;为后续应用膜分离纯化提供最佳提取工艺。
