| 摘 要： | 目的了解本单位内铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物的敏感性，指导临床医师合理使用抗菌药物。方法将本单位2004年10月至2007年10月送检的标本进行分析研究，结果 321株铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物显示不同程度耐药，但亚胺培南、头孢哌酮／舒巴坦、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林，他唑巴坦，多粘菌素E显示良好的抗菌活性，结论临床标本中分离的铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物有不同程度的耐药，临床医师应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the drug sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa （P. aeruginosa）to common antibacterial agents in our hospiyal, so as to guide the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out for clinical species data in our hospital from Oct 2004 to Oct 2007. Results 321 strains of P. aeruginosa were differently resistant to common antibacterial agents, but imipenem, cefoperazone/sulbactam, piperaeillin/tazobactam and polymyxin E exhibited a powerful antibacterial activity. Conclusion The isolated P. aeruginosa is differently resistant to common antibacterial agents. It suggests that clinicians should choose antibiotics rationally according to drug susceptibility test. |
