一次性使用注射器与玻璃注射器热原检测结果比较

摘    要:
为了解一次性注射器和反复使用的玻璃注射器含热原情况,用鲎试剂检测法进行了批量检测。结果,检测1、2、5、10、20、50ml等 6种规格 90批次一次性注射器,热原均为阴性,合格率 100%。对清洁灭菌后相同规格的玻璃注射器检测 90批次,检出热原阳性率平均为 9. 8%, 1ml规格的注射器检出热原阳性率为 25%。结论,本次检测的一次性注射器热原全部为阴性;反复使用的玻璃注射器热原阳性者占 9. 8%,说明存在清洗不彻底现象。

Abstract:
In order to know the pyrogen in the disposable syringes and the repeatedly used glass syringes, Limulus Amebocyte Lysate test was used to carry out batch examination. Results: Ninety batches of 6 specifications of 1,2,5,10, 20 and 50 ml-disposable syringes were examined and the pyrogen was negative, with 100% eligible rate. Ninety batches of glass syringes of same specifications after cleaning and sterilization were also examined and the pyrogen positive rate was 9.8% in average, with pyrogen positive rate of 1-ml syringes being 25%. Conclusion: In the present examination, all the disposable syringes were pyrogen negative, while 9.8% of the repeatedly used glass syringes were pyrogen positive, indicating that the cleaning was imperfect.
