针刺对多发梗死性痴呆(MID)大鼠空间参考记忆能力的影响

摘    要:犤目的犦观察多发梗死性痴呆(MID)大鼠的行为学特征及针刺的疗效。犤方法犦通过栓子注入法制作多发梗死性痴呆模型,随机分为模型组、针刺组和非穴组,并设正常组和假手术组。应用Morris水迷宫观测各组大鼠的空间参考记忆的变化,并分析针刺的干预作用。犤结果犦MID大鼠存在明显的空间参考记忆障碍;针刺组大鼠在隐蔽平台实验、反向实验以及探索实验中的学习成绩均明显优于模型组或非穴组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。犤结论犦针刺可明显改善MID大鼠的空间参考记忆能力。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the changes of the excitatory amino acid(EA AS) content in the brain of rats with multi-infarct-dementia(MID)treated wit h "tiaoshenyiqi"(regulating spirit and tonifying qi) acupuncture . Methods] MID in rats was established by injecting emboli into the internal carotid arter y. The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:model group,acupuncture group a nd sham-acupoint group. Normal and sham-operated rats were used as control. The contents of EAAS(Glu,Gln,Asp,Asn) in cortex, hippocampus and striatum of the rat s were detected after acupuncture and the intervention effect was analysed. Re sults] The "tiaoshenyiqi" acupuncture can significantly decrease the content of Glu in hippocampus (P<0.05), of Gln in striatum (P<0.01), of Asp in cerebra l cortex, hippocampus and striatum (P<0.05 or P<0.01), of Asn in cerebral cort ex and striatum (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion] The mechanism of the "tiaos henyiqi" acupuncture underlying improving demented status may be related to adj usting the EAAS levels in cortex, hippocampus and striatum.
