池州市28所学校食堂整治前后卫生状况分析

目的　为了解卫生整治的效果 ,更好地促进学校食品卫生安全工作。方法　对池州市城区及部分县 2 8所学校食堂进行卫生监督检查 ,下达整改意见书督促整治 ,并进行回访检查。结果　经过 1年多的卫生整治 ,学校食堂的卫生管理、硬件设施、卫生设备、卫生状况大有改观。结论　卫生整治能促进学校食品卫生安全水平的提高

Comparison of Health Conditions in 28 School Dinning-rooms Before and After Punishment

Objective In order to know the effect of the health punishment and promote the school s food health safety level. Methods We selected 28 school s dinning-rooms to inspect and examine, then declare the inspecting suggestions to order them to correct, lastly, we come back to examine again. Results with one more years health punishment, the health management, health hardware, health equipment and health condition in these school dinning-rooms had been improved greatly. Conclusions Health punishment could promote the school s food health safety level.
