| 摘 要： | 胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors，GIST）足由Mazur等1983年提出的，可能起源于Caja1间质细胞，是一种独立的源于胃肠道原始间叶组织的非定向分化肿瘤。GIST可发生在消化道的各个部位，最常发生于胃（60％～70％）、小肠（25％～35％）、结直肠（5％）、食管（〈2％），偶尔可原发于网膜、肠系膜和腹膜后，而发生在十二指肠者极为少见。我院于2006年6月收治了1例十二指肠间质瘤，现报道如下。 |
