胃食管返流致早产儿呼吸暂停15例临床护理

报告了１５例因胃食管返流致频繁发生呼吸暂停的早产儿护理体会，强调早产儿生后５ｄ内出现难以解释的溢奶、呕吐、呼吸暂停应考虑是胃食管返流，应及早进行呼吸心率监护，保持呼吸道通畅，体位护理，用适宜的喂养方法，必要时用１％ＳＢ洗胃，暂禁食，口服甲氰咪胍、吗叮啉，经治疗１５例患儿均痊愈出院，３个月后复查，情况均良好

This article report 15 cases recurrent aponea of premature infants dveto gastro-esophanus reflux It is supposed that if premature infant present such phenomena as galeceterrhea,vomitting,apnoea,gastro-esophagus reflux should be considered,so the authors should undergo its respiratory and pulse monitoring keep respiratory tract clean,position nursing and proper feeding method should be considered When necessary,gastro lavage with 1% SB,fasting,oral cimitidine
