护理干预对内镜逆行胰胆管造影病人应激反应的影响

目的探讨护理干预措施对行内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)病人的生理应激反应的影响.方法将80名行内镜逆行胰胆管造影病人随机分为干预组和对照组;干预组在术前和术中给予系统、完整的护理干预,对照组按照常规进行操作;操作前后分别测量病人的生命体征、操作后用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定病人的主观感受.结果2组病人在ERCP术中出现恶心次数没有显著性区别,p＞0.05;检查前后血压、脉搏变化有显著性差异,p＜0.05;干预组插管成功所需要的时间较对照组明显缩短,p＜0.05;2组病人术后的焦虑程度有显著性差异,p＜0.05.结论护理干预措施对于减轻行ERCP病人的生理应激及焦虑程度有积极的意义,同时还能有效地缩短插管时间,减轻病人的痛苦.

The Influence of Nursing Intervention to Stress of Patients after Endoscope Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention to physiological stress of patients after Endoscope Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography(ERCP). Method Eighty patients who have received ERCP are randomly divided into study group and control group. In the study group, a systematic and integrated nursing intervention was given to patients before and after ERCP, while that of routine practice in the control group. Vital signs of patients in each group were measured before and after the ERCP operation, and subjective feeling were assessed with SAS table after the operation. Result There's no significant difference of nausea frequency during ERCP operation in the two groups (p>0.05), and significant difference of blood pressure, change of pulse before and after the operation (p<0.05). The time needed for successful catheterization was relatively shorter in the study group in comparison with control group(p<0.05). The degree of anxiety displayed after the operation showed a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Nursing intervention makes a positive sense to reduce physiological stress and anxiety in patients who have to undergo ERCP, and may also effectively shorten the time for catheterization to reduce the painfulness of patients.
