围绝经期阴道出血182例临床分析

目的分析围绝经期阴道出血的病因。方法对我院2007年1～12月门诊182例围绝经期阴道出血进行回顾性分析。结果围绝经期阴道出血的病因主要为良性病变145例,占79.67%,恶性病变15例,占8.24%,癌前病变包括子宫内膜不典型增生过长和宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）22例,占12.09%。结论围绝经期卵巢功能减退是导致围绝经期阴道出血的主要病因,但癌前病变及恶性病变是不可忽视的病因。

The clinical analysis of the reason of vaginal bleeding during perimenopausal period

Objective To investigate the reason of vaginal bleeding during perimenopausal period. Method Retrospectively assessed the 182 eases of women presented for perimenopausal vaginal bleeding from Jan 2007 to Dee 2007. Results 79.67%（145/182）of the patients suffered from perimcnopausal vaginal bleeding because of benign diseases such as dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB）.8.24%（15/182） of the patients were because of malignant diseases such as endometrium carcinoma and cervical cancer.And 12.09%（22/182） of the patients were because of precancerous lesions such as atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Conclusion Premature ovarian failure is the main reason of vaginal bleeding during perimenopausal period. At the same time precancerous lesions should not be neglected.
