NDV/MC联合治疗小鼠H_(22)腹水瘤的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨NDV/MC联合治疗小鼠H_(22)腹水瘤的协同增效作用,以提高对肿瘤的治疗效果。方法:将H_(22)瘤细胞接种小鼠腹腔后分成Hanks液、NDV、MC、NDV与MC组,每组给8只;分别用Hanks液、NDV、MC、NSV与MC联合治疗。结果:Hanks液组平均存活14.8d,存活率0.0%;NDV组存活19.6d,存活率12.5%;MC组存活18.8d,存活率25.0%;NDV与MC联合治疗组存活24.4d,存活率37.5%。结论:NDV与MC联合治疗小鼠H_(22)腹水瘤,疗效显著高于单纯NDV与单纯MC组,抗肿瘤效果有显著差异。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the synergic effect of the new castle disease virus (NDV) and mitomycin C(MC) in treatment of mouse bearing H22 hepatocarinoma cells. Method: After intraperi-toneal injection with bearing H22 cells, the mice were divided into four groups, i. e. Hanks group, NDV group, MC group and NDV/MC group. There were eight mice in each group. They were treated with Hanks, NDV, MC and NDV/MC, respectivly. Results: The mean survial time(MST) was 14. 8 days and survival rate(SR) was 0% in Hanks group; MST=19. 6 days and SR = 12. 5% in NDV group ; MST=18. 8 days and SR = 25. 0% in MC group; MST = 24. 4 days and SR = 37. 5% in NDV/MC group; Conclusion: Treatment of mouse bearing H22 hepatocarcinoma with NDV/MC is more effective than with only NDV or MC.
