摘    要:目的:探讨健康成年女性尿道-阴道间隔的实时三维超声表现,为女性尿道-阴道间隔的形态学观察提供有效的影像学方法。方法:对100例正常成年女性进行实时三维超声尿道-阴道间隔检查,分别经腹部及会阴部观察女性尿道-阴道间隔横断面及矢状面的超声声像图表现。结果:100例经实时三维超声均可显示尿道、阴道以及尿道-阴道间隔全程不同横断面及矢状面的声像图,经腹部可清晰显示近段尿道-阴道间隔图像,经会阴部检查可显示整段尿道,其中中段及远段尿道-阴道间隔图像较清晰。不同水平横断面及矢状面尿道-阴道间隔图像均显示由低回声-光带-低回声的"三文治"征逐渐融合成一低回声带,融合部起始点以中-远段连接部常见。结论:实时三维超声可显示成年女性尿道-阴道间隔在不同水平横断面及矢状面的超声表现,为女性尿道-阴道间隔疾病的诊断提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss healthy adult female urinary tract-vaginal interval of real-time 3D ultrasonography, for the female urethra-vaginal morphology interval provide effective imaging methods. Methods:On 100 cases of normal adult female in real-time three-dimensional ultrasound examination of urethral-vaginal interval, abdominal and transperineal observation the urinary tract-vaginal interval cross-section and sagittal plane ultrasonographic appearance. Results:100 patients with real-time 3D ultrasound could show the urethra, vagina and urethral-vaginal in whole different cross-sectional and interval sagittal plane Sonograms, across abdominal could clearly show the proximal urethra-the vagina interval images, perineal examination could show the entire urethra, including the middle and distal urethra-vaginal interval image clearer. Different levels of cross-sectional and sagittal urethra-vaginal interval images were shown by "the low echo light with low echo" of the "sandwich" signs with the increasing integration into a low echo vocal.Starting point for connections integration sites in the middle-distal were in-common. Conclusion:Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound can show ultrasonography of adult female in urethra-vaginal interval at different levels of cross section and sagittal,as female urethral-vaginal interval diseases provides a new way.
